Better Together launched in 2014 as a collaborative effort between Pure Heart Church and Palm Valley Church, with a shared vision to unite chruches and strengthen leaders across Arizona. What began as a local partnership has grown into a statewide and expanding network that empowers leaders, encourages collaboration, and fuels lasting impact in their churches and communities.

We help pastors and church teams find strength in connection—through honest conversations, shared challenges, and spiritual renewal. Whether it’s by-annual gatherings, stategic events, or weekly Pastor Huddles, we provide safe, peer-based spaces for leaders to reflect, recharge, and grow.
From senior pastors to youth, worship, and executive leaders, every Huddle is built on trust—because ministry is better when no one has to pretend and no one has to lead alone.
